Unverified resident claim — kept in the wording below on purpose

Residents on Google are split. Positive reviews cite cleanliness, holiday decor, and staff friendliness. SERIOUS UNVERIFIED CLAIMS from multiple recent reviews: chronic elevator failures over a 3-month period, water shortages, AC failures, and -- most seriously -- claims that elevators have dropped 2-3 stories with passengers inside. This was not found corroborated by news search in this session -- treat as resident-reported claims requiring verification (e.g. state elevator inspection records) before any public-facing use. If true, this would be a serious safety issue worth a dedicated research pass.
