Cookies and similar technologies

This page describes how the Allioo web app at allioo.app uses storage on your device. We keep this list accurate for the current product; if we add analytics or marketing tools, we will update it and rely on your consent choices where required.

These are required for core functionality (for example, keeping you signed in).

• Supabase session — HTTP-only cookies used to maintain your authenticated session and secure access to your account. Issued when you log in.
• allioo_cookie_consent — remembers whether you accepted all cookies or only essential ones (typically up to one year). This cookie is not used for advertising.

We store some preferences in your browser's local storage so the interface matches your choices. This is separate from cookies and is not sent to our servers automatically.

• allioo-public-theme — dark vs light theme on public marketing pages.
• allioo-theme — theme preference in the landlord portal under /app.
• allioo-admin-theme — theme preference in the admin area under /app/admin.

On the sign-in page we may load Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise to reduce abuse. Google may use cookies or similar technologies subject to its policies:

You can change your mind by clearing site data for allioo.app in your browser; the cookie banner will appear again on your next visit. Optional analytics or marketing tools, if added later, will only run when you choose "Accept all" in the banner.
