1. About Allioo and Anthony Johnson

Allioo.com is a real estate technology and media platform created and operated by Anthony Johnson. Anthony Johnson is a Licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate (FL License #3370479) operating under the supervision of Voro Florida LLC, 5550 Glades Rd, Boca Raton, FL 33431 ("Brokerage").

Allioo.com is a proprietary technology tool built and used by Anthony Johnson to operate and manage his real estate agent business efficiently. It is not a licensed real estate brokerage. All real estate services facilitated through this platform are conducted under Anthony Johnson's sales associate license and the Brokerage's supervision.

2. Platform Purpose

Allioo.com provides: Miami-area condo rental and sale listing information; a rental offer calculator and sale offer calculator (informational only); AI-powered offer analysis (informational only); Miami real estate market data and educational content; lead inquiry forms; Florida real estate law educational content; and SMS and email communications for opted-in users.

3. No Brokerage Relationship Created by Site Use

Use of this Site does not create a brokerage relationship, attorney-client relationship, or any formal representation. A formal brokerage relationship is only established through a signed written agreement. Until such an agreement exists, all communications are exploratory and non-binding.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age with legal capacity to enter a binding agreement. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes.

5. Listing Data and Accuracy

Listing data is sourced from MLS data, public records, third-party providers, and direct submissions. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. 6. User Conduct

You agree not to: use this Site for unlawful purposes; submit false or fraudulent information; scrape data without authorization; interfere with Site functionality; upload malicious code; or discriminate against any person in violation of the Fair Housing Act or any applicable law.
