Do you list single-family properties?
While I primarily focus on condos in the Downtown, Brickell, Edgewater, and South Beach areas, I may occasionally list a single-family home in the vicinity of these areas on a case-by-case basis. Otherwise, I can refer single-family landlords I cannot service to other agents.
Can I cancel a listing agreement?
Canceling a listing agreement is free of charge. However, my commission rate will be due if a buyer comes through my marketing and signs a contract with you. If you wish to use the marketing materials I created, such as 3D Tour and Photos, you can purchase them for $249.
How is your commission paid?
My brokerage, VORO, charges a commission on my behalf; the commission fee is 6% and will be paid out at closing. If another brokerage represents the buyer, the commission will be split between VORO and the co-op brokerage.
Will the listing be placed on listing portal platforms?
Yes, the listing will be on the multiple listing service (MLS) and syndicated to popular listing websites such as Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, and Homes.com to increase visibility to potential buyers. However, these sites may only show some information; interested buyers will be directed to your listing's page for more details.

How do I list my property for sale on your platform?
To list your property for sale, you must create an account and submit your property information, including location, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and preferred sales price. I will review your listing with a price recommendation and listing agreement.
What is expected of me during the selling process?
Before listing, ensure your property is ready by completing necessary cleaning, repairs, and updates. During the process, be prepared to review feedback from showings and make price adjustments as needed, and be available to handle requests from buyers or the condo association. You will need to be available for the closing which can be done in person or remotely.
