Built by someone who had every reason not to be here.

Allioo started because the tools agents and owners needed didn't exist. So Anthony built them. But the platform is only part of the story. Here's where he came from, what he built, and how he works.

Rochester, NY. Section 8 housing. Two young parents doing the best they knew how to do.

Anthony grew up in a low-income household in Rochester, New York. Section 8 housing, food stamps, a mother who worked every shift she could to keep things together. His parents were young — teenagers when he was born — and like so many people in that environment, they were navigating life with limited tools and difficult circumstances. He watched both of them grow up alongside him.

The neighborhood had its pull. He was bullied at school for his clothes and his circumstances. He started shoveling snow in the winters so he could afford to buy his own. The environment shaped him the way environments do — and the streets eventually pulled, the way they pull at every kid who grows up without stable ground under them.

By fourteen he was in trouble. By fifteen, he was in the juvenile system — and nine days after his fifteenth birthday, his mother died suddenly at age 31. She was gone before he had a chance to find his footing.

He spent the next several years moving through placements — group homes, a residential facility upstate where he earned his GED, a limited-secure facility that felt a lot like prison. Few visits. Mostly alone with his own thoughts. At some point inside one of those facilities, he started thinking seriously about becoming an entrepreneur. Not because it was an obvious path. Because the alternative paths he could see were prison or early death, and he wasn't willing to accept either one.

At eighteen he aged out of the system. His own apartment. Very little guidance. No roadmap. He figured out independence the same way he would figure out everything that came after — by paying attention, working hard, and refusing to stop.

Most people who start where Anthony started don't end up building anything. The system isn't designed for that outcome. He wasn't supposed to get a real estate license. He definitely wasn't supposed to build a platform. But here we are.

2004

Lost his mother at 15. Entered the juvenile system. Figured out survival on his own terms.

2007

Aged out of the system at 18. Own apartment, no roadmap. Started figuring out what came next.

2016

Licensed Florida real estate agent. Started working Miami condos — rentals, sales, investor deals.

2018

Started building Allioo. No CS degree. No technical training. Just the internet and a refusal to accept that the tools didn't exist.

No computer science degree. No coding bootcamp. No technical co-founder. Just the internet and a problem that needed solving.

When Anthony got his real estate license in 2016, he was already frustrated. The data existed — MLS records, building filings, HOA disclosures, SIRS compliance documents — but it was scattered everywhere and impossible to put in front of a client in a way that actually meant anything.

So in 2018 he started building. He had no formal training in software development, no computer science background, no team. He learned by doing — reading documentation, watching tutorials, building things that broke and fixing them, searching for answers and finding them. The same self-sufficiency that got him through childhood and the juvenile system showed up again, applied to a completely different problem.

What exists today — the building database, the AI offer scoring, the market data pipeline, the listing platform, every calculator and every page — he built it. Not a team of engineers. Not a funded startup. One person who decided the tools should exist and went and made them exist.

Every tool on this platform was built by the same person who will answer your call.

Anthony isn't a tech founder who hired agents. He's an agent who built the technology because he understood the problem from the inside. That distinction matters. The calculators are accurate because he's run those numbers for real clients. The building data is structured the way it is because he knows what landlords actually ask. The AI scoring exists because he got tired of reviewing applications manually with no system behind it.

When you work with Allioo you're not dealing with a support ticket or a customer success rep. You're dealing with the person who built it, who still works deals, and who has skin in the game every time the platform does or doesn't work for a client.

That's not something a funded startup can offer. It's only possible because of who Anthony is and how he's built things his entire life — from the ground up, by himself, with whatever was available.

Built without
A computer science degree
A technical co-founder
Venture capital or outside funding
A privileged starting point
Built with
A real estate license and field experience
The internet and self-directed learning
A refusal to accept that the tools didn't exist
A lifetime of figuring things out alone

Starting in 2016 with a Florida license and a spreadsheet.

Anthony Johnson got his Florida real estate license in 2016. He started working Miami condo rentals and sales and immediately ran into the same wall every agent does — the data is everywhere, fragmented, and nearly impossible to surface for clients in a way that builds trust.

Landlords would ask how many offers came in. Sellers had no clear picture of what they'd walk away with. Tenants didn't know what move-in actually cost. Everyone was flying blind.

In 2018, Anthony started building Allioo — a platform that pulls together building data, SIRS compliance, market stats, AI offer scoring, and full cost transparency. Not for venture capital. For clients.

Today Allioo tracks 147 condo buildings across Miami-Dade, publishes monthly market data, and gives landlords and sellers tools that actually reflect how the Miami condo market works.

Understand who you're working with before you pick up the phone.

Anthony completed a formal Keller Personality Assessment (KPA) through Keller Williams and a DISC profile. He's sharing the results openly — transparency about how you work is just as important as transparency about a listing. Knowing this upfront helps set the right expectations and leads to better working relationships.

Intensity + Assertiveness

When he commits, he moves fast and with full energy.

Very high emotional intensity — when Anthony is committed to a client or direction, he brings substantial energy to it. He's assertive, direct, and won't wait for you to figure out what you want. He'll lay out the options, tell you what he thinks, and help you decide. Don't expect him to be passive.

Adaptability (Independent)

He has strong opinions and won't adjust them just to keep the peace.

Anthony scored strongly independent — he has his own standards and isn't swayed by popular opinion or social pressure. In a negotiation, this is an asset. It means he'll push back on a bad deal even when it's uncomfortable. He's not representing himself; he's representing your interests.

Optimism (Skeptical Range)

He'll spot the problem before it happens — not sell you on the dream.

His KPA places him in the skeptical range. This isn't negativity — it's the ability to anticipate what could go wrong. He questions assumptions, identifies risks early, and addresses them before they become problems. You won't get overselling. You'll get an honest assessment.

Sociability (Task-Oriented)

Professional and focused — not a handshake-and-small-talk agent.

Anthony derives satisfaction from project completion, not socializing. He deals with people assertively and directly, and keeps his focus on getting things done. If you want someone who'll be your best friend, that's not the pitch. If you need someone who will get results, that's exactly the offer.

Problem Solving (Rapid + Logical)

Complex situations don't slow him down.

Strong scores on both rapid problem solving (identifying patterns fast) and logical problem solving (working through complexity systematically). Miami condo deals involve SIRS compliance, HOA approvals, multiple parties, and tight timelines. He's built for exactly that environment.

Structure (Minor Mismatch)

He focuses on outcomes over process — he may miss a detail and he'll own it.

His one flagged mismatch: slightly below the Structure target. He's more concerned with the overall outcome than every procedural step. He builds systems and acts independently within them. When a detail slips, he acknowledges it and corrects course. You will not get excuses.

What to expect based on how you communicate.

Everyone brings a different communication style. Here's how Anthony tends to work with different personality types — what you'll get from him, and how to get the most out of the relationship.

If you're a High D (Dominant)

Direct. Decisive. Gets it done.

You and Anthony will click quickly. Same pace, same directness, same focus on results. You'll both cut to the chase. Expect honest pushback when he disagrees — he won't defer just because you're decisive. The best dynamic here is two people solving a problem together as equals.

Expect
  • Fast, blunt communication — no fluff
  • Real disagreement when the deal or price isn't right
  • Results prioritized over process every time

Don't try to steamroll him. He'll push back. Give him the objective and let him execute.

If you're a High C (Conscientious)

Data-driven. Wants to understand everything.

Anthony's High C side respects your need for accuracy and thoroughness. He built Allioo specifically to surface detailed information — building scores, SIRS compliance, full cost breakdowns, market stats by room type. You'll get your questions answered with real data, not estimates and feelings.

Expect
  • Full data on every listing, building, and market
  • Honest risk assessment, not just the upside
  • Big picture focus — if you need fine detail, ask directly

Send your questions in writing. He'll answer thoroughly and you'll have a record.

If you're a High I (Influential)

Enthusiastic. Relationship-first. Wants to connect.

Anthony is task-oriented, not socially-driven. He won't match your energy in a social way — he'll match it in momentum and results. Don't read his directness as coldness. He's focused on getting you a good outcome, which is the most meaningful thing he can do for you.

Expect
  • Professional warmth — not small talk
  • Quick, clear communication that respects your time
  • The deal managed well, even if the vibe is no-frills

Tell him what you care about most upfront. He'll make sure those things are protected.

If you're a High S (Steady)

Patient. Consistent. Needs to feel secure.

Anthony's pace is faster than yours, and his directness might feel abrupt at first. But High S people tend to appreciate his consistency and follow-through once they know what to expect. He will not rush you into a bad decision, even if he moves fast on the logistics.

Expect
  • Clear process explanations when you ask
  • Honest advice when something isn't right for you
  • Fast pace — let him know if you need more time to process

Tell him early if you need more time. He'll adjust without judgment.

If you're an analytical researcher

Does the homework before calling anyone.

You're in the right place. Allioo was built for you. Every page has the data. Every building has its score and compliance status. Every listing shows the full cost breakdown. When you do reach Anthony, come prepared — he'll be direct and specific in return.

Expect
  • Data-first conversations — no padding
  • Skeptical honesty about what the numbers actually mean
  • Willingness to go deep on specifics that matter

Use the platform first, then come with specific questions. That's the most efficient conversation.

If you're a first-time buyer or renter

New to the process. Needs guidance and real clarity.

Anthony won't overwhelm you with jargon or talk you into something that isn't right. His skeptical optimism means he'll give you the real picture — what it costs, what risks exist, what to watch for. Allioo's tools are built so you can understand the full picture before committing to anything.

Expect
  • Straight talk — what it costs, what it actually means
  • No pressure to move before you understand the decision
  • Tools that let you check the math yourself

Start with the calculators. Come to Anthony when you have a specific property in mind.

What Allioo actually is.

Allioo is a Miami condo platform — not a national portal with Miami listings bolted on, not an aggregator pulling stale MLS data. It's a purpose-built system that tracks buildings, scores offers, surfaces costs, and gives landlords and sellers real tools built by someone who works in this market every day.

Every listing shows full move-in costs. Every building has a compliance status. Every offer gets an AI score. Every month the market data updates from MLS. That is what transparent looks like.
